This project required more than a website. The business had an established brand, active audience, and multiple content and revenue streams — but the systems behind them needed to work together cleanly to support long-term growth.

The goal was to create a unified digital ecosystem that reduced friction, supported scale, and removed the need for constant manual oversight.

I led the full digital ecosystem build, including:

• Strategic website architecture and design
• Backend systems to support content, offers, and delivery
• Podcast editing, publishing, and show notes workflows
• Course builds and checkout flows
• Ongoing operational support to ensure everything functioned as one connected system

Every element was designed intentionally — not just to launch, but to hold up as volume increased.

The result was a streamlined, sustainable infrastructure that allowed the business to grow without creating operational chaos.

Creative output, audience engagement, and monetization could expand — without relying on constant decision-making, manual fixes, or system workarounds.

The business gained clarity, stability, and leverage.

The business was scaling rapidly — live launches, growing student volume, affiliates, and a global audience. What was needed wasn’t more ideas, but infrastructure that could handle scale without breaking.

I served as the systems architect behind the business, building and managing the full technical ecosystem that supported both revenue growth and operational stability.

Beyond implementation, I also trained and supported Danielle’s students — teaching them the same backend systems, frameworks, and methods used to scale her own business.

• 10,000+ students served through stable, scalable systems

• Clean operations supporting launches, evergreen sales, affiliates, and customer experience

This business required a backend that could support ecommerce, fulfillment, marketing, and customer experience — without placing operational strain on the founder. This engagement evolved into a multi-year integration partnership focused on building and maintaining the systems that allowed the business to scale smoothly.

I acted as the owner of the marketing and operational tech stack, ensuring everything worked together reliably as volume increased.

What I Built & Managed

• Marketing funnels and conversion pathways aligned with business goals

• Operational oversight to ensure customers felt supported, informed, and valued throughout their journey

This work went beyond initial setup — it required continuous refinement to protect customer experience while supporting growth.
