An hour before launch, the plan fell apart. The launch still ran.

Instead, I rebuilt the entire experience as an evergreen presentation in about an hour - reworking the flow, swapping to pre-recorded delivery, rewiring the automation logic and timing, and keeping the replay and follow-up funnels intact.

Do you do one-time builds, or only ongoing work?

Both. Some engagements are a defined build with a clean handoff. Others include ongoing oversight. Because I build for your independence, ongoing work is a choice you make — not a dependency I create.

What if I only need one piece, not the whole backend?

That is fine. I can build a single funnel or fix one broken system. The difference is I will still tell you how that piece affects the whole, so you are not solving one problem while creating another.

Will I actually be able to run it after you leave?

Yes — that is the point. I document the workflows and train you, so your business is not dependent on me. Tracy O'Malley runs her entire rebuilt ecosystem herself.
