THE PRESSURE TEST

Shortly before one of Danielle Leslie's live webinars was set to go live, the host became unavailable. Cancelling meant losing the launch window.

Instead, I rebuilt the entire experience as an evergreen presentation in about an hour - reworking the flow, swapping to pre-recorded delivery, rewiring the automation logic and timing, and keeping the replay and follow-up funnels intact.

An hour before launch, the plan fell apart. The launch still ran.
