No problem! If you cannot make the LIVE Q&A session you can catch the recording. We will send out the link to the session to you with 48 hours of the session itself. You will also retain access to all the recordings as long as you remain a member of Go Tech Yourself. You can also still submit questions to be answered if you can't make the call.
We have become friends with many influential people in the online space over the last 10 years and we will bring those who we trust the most to come and speak with you on topics that will help you grow your business. We will announce our guest experts each quarter.
We do not offer calls to support in the membership. When required, we may record a loom video to show any steps that may be too difficult or wordy to write in the group. If you require or wish for more direct support in your business we offer monthly packages where you can take it from DIY to DWY and DFY!
Yes, you can cancel anytime. If you request a cancellation it will be processed immediately and you will be subsequently removed from the community and emails. If you sign up for a year and cancel after 30 days, you will be removed immediately. We will send out reminders before your yearly subscription renews.
No, we do not offer refunds. This is a digital product and community, so you get access to everything on purchase and due to that we do not offer refunds. If you feel you have been charged in error you can reach out to us anytime.
If we don't know the answer to your question, we will find the answer or find someone who does. We promise to not let your questions go unanswered and we are always excited to learn new things along with you and support you!
